Well the news is in. Chase and I went to sign a contract on Monday for the condo's. We made an offer and they came back yesterday with a counter offer. It sucks, because we hoped they would take our offer, but what builder want's to take an offer? NONE!!! So we bit the dust nd said. Fine. They still made a good counter offer I suppose. The condo's should be done the middle of October, which means we will sign the deal in about 4 or 5 weeks and we will have our home before the wedding!!! Woo Hoo.
